The bracket for the Husq 701 could be better in my opinion. The build quality is top notch, let this be clear! But the design could be better. To start with; the supplied rear light does not match the lines of the 701. Almost everything about the design of the bike is angular, and the rear light is oval. This also comes outside the sides of the tail plastic. I assume that when you buy a FnD, you go for a more sleek look, then, a rear light that comes outside the sides of the plastics is a no-go for me. I also think it would have been better if the bracket had been closed to protect the connectors from splashing water & dirt, even though they are waterproof. To conclude, I would have preferred to see the holes for the indicators a bit lower because they conflict with the tail plastic. Also M8 would have been better because aftermarket turn signals are usually M8 and not M10, and so the choice is up to the buyer to still be able to drill them out to M10 if necessary. Enlarging the hole is easier than reducing it. I would also just mark the hole that is provided for the locating pin of the OEM turn signals in the metal, for the same reason, that this choice is up to the buyer, if the hole is needed, it can be drilled in the right location. Overall it is a great product in itself but it could have been designed more thoughtfully in my opinion. So that this product can boost the design of the bike. What I do like very much is the hinge system with blocking, and the position where the license plate is mounted on the bracket. This makes the rear of the bike look much sharper than OEM!

The product quality is there with R&G or evo tech! The light provided was a bit lacking quality tho! And my original number plate light wouldn’t fit but the quality and fact it’s a flip & dip and the price makes its 💯 still worth it 🏍️❤️
Perfect! Works as advertised, a little bit stress that you have to strip the wires for the bak light to work atleast my bike but didnt take more than 5 min to Get to work!
