Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. Within this period you may request a return for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original packaging and components included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at help@flipndip.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Statutory 14-Day Cancellation Period
If you cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, you are entitled to a full refund of the product price, provided the item is returned in suitable condition.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Returns After 14 Days
We may accept returns after the 14-day statutory period at our discretion. These returns are considered goodwill returns rather than cancellations under consumer regulations.
Where a return is accepted after the 14-day period, a 10% restocking/handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Where applicable (returns accepted after the 14-day period), refunds will be issued minus a 10% restocking/handling fee.
