The Scan My Bike:
- Free 3D scan — pay a £30 booking deposit, refunded when you arrive. The scan takes around one hour; missed appointments lose the deposit.
- Free bracket included — once the design is finalised and enters production, you’ll receive the finished bracket completely free as a thank you.
- Built from real bike data — your bracket is designed using an exact scan of your bike for accurate fitment, clearances and a clean finish.

Got a bike we don’t support yet? Get your bracket completely free.
Bring your bike to our studio for a free 3D scan and help us develop a new fitment. Once finished, you’ll receive the completed bracket completely free of charge.
A £30 refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This is refunded when you arrive. Missed appointments will lose their deposit.

How it works
1 — Scan
We scan the rear of your bike at our studio.
2 — Design
We create a bracket specifically for your model.
3 — Prototype
We test and refine the fitment.
4 — Production
Once approved, it goes into production and you receive yours completely free.
Shipping & Dispatch
- Dispatch times: We ship Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 3pm may ship the same day; otherwise it’s usually 1–2 working days.

- Royal Mail 48 (standard)
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked (upgrade)
- Collections available at checkout. We're based near Dartford, Kent.

International shipping:
- All orders are tracked as standard.
- Economy: 15–40 days (varies by country)
- Express: DHL / FedEx (faster options)
- USA: sent via USPS. Tracking may not update until the parcel clears customs and enters the USPS network.
Customs & import taxes: Your country may charge fees when the order arrives. This varies by country—please check locally.
