The Scan My Bike:
- Free 3D scanning — bring your bike in and we’ll scan the rear section at no cost. The process takes about an hour and gives us everything needed to start development
- Free bracket included — once the design is finalised and goes into production, you’ll receive the finished bracket for your bike completely free as a thank you

Got a bike we don’t support yet? Bring it in and we’ll build one around it.
If we don’t currently make a bracket for your model, you can book in for a 3D scan at our studio. We’ll capture the rear of your bike in precise detail, design a bracket specifically for it, and bring it into production.
The best part — the service is completely free, and you’ll receive the finished bracket free of charge as a thank you for helping us develop it

- Bike needs to be brought to the studio
- Scan takes roughly 1 hour
- You may be invited back briefly to test a prototype

How the service works
1 — Scan (about 1 hour)
Bring your bike to the studio and we’ll 3D scan the rear section. The process takes around an hour and gives us an exact digital model to work from.
2 — Design
We use the scan data to design a bracket specifically for your bike — dialled in for proper fitment, clean lines, and tidy wiring clearances.
3 — Prototype
We create a working prototype and test the fit. In some cases, we may ask you to return so we can test and refine the prototype directly on your bike.
4 — Production
Once everything is spot on, the design moves into production and becomes part of our supported range.
Shipping & Dispatch
- Dispatch times: We ship Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 3pm may ship the same day; otherwise it’s usually 1–2 working days.

- Royal Mail 48 (standard)
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked (upgrade)
- Collections available at checkout. We're based near Dartford, Kent.

International shipping:
- All orders are tracked as standard.
- Economy: 15–40 days (varies by country)
- Express: DHL / FedEx (faster options)
- USA: sent via USPS. Tracking may not update until the parcel clears customs and enters the USPS network.
Customs & import taxes: Your country may charge fees when the order arrives. This varies by country—please check locally.
