Description
This add-on allows you to mount wider plates to the FnD brackets. It also lets you reposition your plate, for example, mounting the plate higher, to hide the bracket.
They come with 2 countersunk bolts to keep everything flush and tidy.
This add-on is perfect if you're outside the UK and your plate has pre-drilled holes/wide plates.

A little difficult to get perfectly centered (not manufacturing issue, just is what it is) , but lets you set the plate higher to conceal the bracket better. Also believe it's needed for USA plates, but not 100% on that.
I would have given it a 5 star but you need to be careful when tightening the bolts onto whatever bracket you have. If you tighten it to much the metal flip n dip bracket is very fragile. The metal is weak. It opened the spacing the screws sit in. I didn't realize it until it was to late.
Store owner replied: Thanks for the review, and for the heads-up to others fitting theirs. Those bolts only need to be snug — they're not holding anything structural, so they don't need much at all. Past that point the slots can pull, which is what's happened here. Remember we use nylock nuts will stop the bolt ever vibrating loose, so tightening up to avoid this is redundant... Love the plate but you forgot to send me the bolts for the actual plate itself , I only received the bolts for the plate extenders

didn’t fit my 7x5 plate
Store owner replied: If you have a 7x5" plate, you don't need extenders? It says in the description, in BOLD: "This add-on is perfect if you're outside the UK and your plate has pre-drilled holes/wide plates."
